Cancellation Policy

With the understanding that unanticipated events come up and clients occasionally have to cancel, Elli is doing her best to be fair to everyone. 

• If an appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours of advance notice, no fee is charged.

• If less than 24 hours is given or there is a "no-show" you will be charged the full cost of the missed session.

• Late arrivals do not get to extend their session. The session will be conducted in whatever time remains and you will be responsible for the cost of the full session. It is highly encouraged that you arrive on time out of respect for the therapist and other customers.

Payment Methods

Elli is currently taking payment via cash, check, Venmo and credit card. There is a $3 surcharge (per session) for credit card transactions.
